Payment of the signing amount.

 

Note:

"3 working days" excludes Fridays, Bangladesh Government-declared holidays, and client feedback time.

 

The clock for the 72-hour delivery timeline begins only after we receive the finalized requirements (including logo, content, and specific requests).

 

2. Logo and Content Requirements

Standard Quality Content: Our standard service includes basic quality for logos and content as part of the 72-hour delivery.

Customized Logos and Content: Requests for customized or premium-quality logos and content may require additional time beyond the standard 72 hours. This will be communicated to the client prior to starting work.

 

3. Feedback and Revision Policy

Feedback and revisions requested by the client during the project are excluded from the 72-hour delivery window.

Additional time for changes will be agreed upon based on the scope of revisions required.

 

4. Payment Terms

A signing amount must be paid to confirm the order and start the work.

The balance payment must be cleared upon project completion and delivery.

 

5. Delivery and Compensation for Delay

While we strive to deliver within the specified 72-hour timeframe, certain circumstances may result in delays.

If delivery is delayed due to our fault, we will compensate by refunding 20% of the total project value.

 

Exclusions: Delays caused by incomplete requirements, late feedback, or requested changes from the client will not be eligible for compensation.

 

6. Scope of Work

Our service includes website design, development, and delivery as per the agreed specifications.

Any additional requirements or changes to the original scope may result in extra charges and additional time for delivery.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

Provide complete and accurate requirements, including text, images, logos, and other assets.

Respond promptly to queries and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

72HoursWebsite.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or technical issues.

 

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the refund policy stated above.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.

 

10. Amendments to Terms

72HoursWebsite.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
